Nominations for Board of Directors Sought

Members of Capital Area Family Naturists are encouraged to submit nominations for the club elections to be held at the annual members meeting on November 3. The election will be held to fill all seven seats on the club's Board of Directors: president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary, and three directors.
Nominations will be accepted up until immediately prior to the election on the evening of the 3rd. However, the deadline for getting your name one the proxy ballot that will be mailed to members is midnight October 13.
Members may nominate others or may nominate themselves to any of these positions. Send your nominations to secretary@cafnat.org on or before October 13, 2006.
Nominations for AANR Convention Sought

Members of Capital Area Family Naturists who are also members of the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR) are encouraged to submit nominations for one Delegate and one Alternate to the AANR East Convention and Festival. The convention will be held July 10 - 15, 2007, at Sunny Rest Resort, in northeastern Pennsylvania.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, April 27, 2007. To be eligible to be a Delegate, you must be a member of both CAFN and AANR and be willing to attend the convention's Regional Assembly on Wednesday, July 11. Travel and lodging will be at the expense of the Delegate and Alternate.
Nominations should be sent by email to the CAFN club secretary at secretary@cafnat.org. One Delegate and one Alternate from CAFN will be elected by mail-in ballot in May. Ballots will be sent to CAFN members who are also members of AANR.
Delegates will be required to attend the Regional Assembly on Wednesday, the 11th, for the purpose of electing officers, receiving reports, and transacting such other business as may come before it. Delegates, Alternates and other convention attendees will also be welcome to attend the Board of Directors committee and business meetings, which will begin Tuesday the 10th.
This is a great opportunity to find out what AANR-East does for our club and its members. Please consider nominating yourself or another worthy CAFN member.
