Annual Members Meeting on November 7

Capital Area Family Naturists’ Annual Members Meeting will be held from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at a health club in suburban Maryland. The agenda for this meeting will include the election of officers and directors to the club’s Board of Directors.

The meeting is open to all members of Capital Area Family Naturists. If you plan to attend, please send an email to events@cafnat.org to let us know you are coming and to receive directions.

Members who cannot attend in person may vote by proxy. Proxy ballots will be mailed to all members in November. At least 20 percent of CAFN’s members must attend the meeting in-person to achieve quorum.

A Rec Center Party follows the meeting.

Capital Area Family Naturists now has a page on the popular social networking site Facebook. The page includes a brief description of the club, highlights from our calendar of events, and a link back to this website.

Facebook members who visit the page can click on the “Become a Fan” link to show their support and automatically promote the page to their Facebook friends.
