Annual Members Meeting on November 6

Capital Area Family Naturists’ Annual Members Meeting will be held from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at a member's home in Virginia. The agenda for this meeting will include the election of officers and directors to the club’s Board of Directors.

The meeting is open to all members of Capital Area Family Naturists. If you plan to attend, please send an email to events@cafnat.org to let us know you are coming and to receive directions.

Members who cannot attend in person may vote by proxy. Proxy ballots will be mailed to all members in mid-October. At least 20 percent of CAFN’s members must attend the meeting in-person to achieve quorum.
