Help Wanted — House Party Hosts

One of the easiest ways to contribute to the success of CAFN is to host a house party. You don't have to decorate, travel, or even cook since most of our house parties are potluck. You don't need much space or a pool or hot tub. CAFN house parties are successful based only on the convivial group of people who attend. We have documented success holding house parties in very small condos and town homes. Because the host dictates the maximum allowed attendees for a party, we won't overcrowd your home.

And because all it takes for CAFN to make a party is some food and a game or two, all we need is a table and a few chairs. And while swimming pools and hot tubs are a perennial favorite, we love table games almost as much. If you have a favorite game but nobody to play with, why not host a CAFN house party?

Or if you're not into games but prefer jovial conversation, we do that too! When you host a CAFN party, you set the theme, we provide the guests.

But wait, not sure about having strangers in your home? As you know, CAFN has strict rules about guest screening and enforcing the 60/40 rule. That applies to house parties just like any other event. As host, you're entitled to know the guest list in advance. But you also get the peace of mind in knowing that the attendees will be comprised of a mix of our well-known core group of CAFN members, and a few new guests. Experienced CAFN members in attendance will constantly monitor the party to ensure that our rules of conduct are observed at all times.
